The Wrensilva Studio Has a Turntable, Speakers, and Record Storage

Convenience and quality can go hand-in-hand.

Just look at Wrensilva’s new all-in-one hi-fi system, the Studio. The console features everything you need to get the most out of your music collection, including a turntable, integrated speakers, and built-in record storage.

The Studio isn’t the first all-in-one media console we’ve seen from the California-based company, but it does take things to another level. Each system is handmade in San Diego and measures 31 inches wide by 17 inches deep and 33 inches tall, allowing it to fit into most rooms without dominating too much space. Located atop the device, beneath a smoked acrylic lid, is a floating turntable deck that features a frosted acrylic platter, an under-platter belt drive system, a bespoke one-piece magnesium tonearm, and an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge.

Wrensilva teases the Studio as its “most versatile” record console, and it’s easy to see why. The record player is just one of its major components. The console, which is finished in natural walnut, also features a pair of two-way bass-reflex speakers powered by a 100-watt per channel Class D amplifier. Between the speakers is a door, textured for sound diffraction, that opens to reveal storage for up to 40 of your favorite records. Rounding things out is a headphone amplifier with a quarter-inch jack for those nights when you feel like listening to music after everyone else in the house has gone to bed.

The Studio isn’t just for analog listening, though. The console also comes with Bluetooth and aux cable connectivity standard. Sonos integration is also available as a $900 add-on if you already use the brand’s speakers and want to listen to the Studio throughout your home.

“Studio was built to fit naturally into more spaces. People want music to live with them, not turn into another thing to manage,” said Debra Salyer, Wrensilva’s cofounder and head of design, said in a statement.

Despite its versatility, the Studio is Wrensilva’s most accessible record console. It starts at $9,900, which is still an investment, but is a bargain compared to the mid-range Standard, which starts at $14,900, and the range-topping M1, which starts at $18,900. Deliveries take six to eight weeks.
