All eyes are on Taylor Swift and her Rhode Island manse as the pop superstar gets ready to wed Travis Kelce. But maybe you should really be looking just a few minutes down the road.

A short 10-minute walk from Swift’s Watch Hill abode is a recent listing that could set a new record in the tony neighborhood. Dubbed Home Port, the 2.7-acre spread could become the most expensive sale ever in Watch Hill if it goes for its $23.5 million asking price. At that number, it would also become the priciest sale in all of Rhode Island since 2021.

Built in 2006, the 12,250-square-foot compound has had just two owners in its history. The listing agent Geb Masterson, with William Pitt—Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, says it’s a particularly rare opportunity to buy into Watch Hill, as homes in the area often stay within the same family for generations. Even though it’s only 20 years old, the home has been upgraded and improved by the current owners, including a recently refinished tennis court.

The main residence spans four floors—all with elevator access—and features sweeping western views of Watch Hill Harbor. Rich wood paneling frames the entryway, which leads to a double-height living room with a stone fireplace. Upstairs, the primary suite is a dual-level affair: Down below, the bedroom has its own fireplace-warmed sitting area and a cozy reading nook. The accompanying bathroom sports a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a porthole window that reflects the nautical setting. Up above, meanwhile, there’s a lofted area that could be used as an office or additional lounge space. French doors spill open to a balcony overlooking the grounds. The main house includes another four ensuite bedrooms, plus a wine cellar, sauna, and wet bar.

Out back, a bluestone terrace wraps around the pool, equipped with a water slide for extra fun.
