Nobu Residences Miami Is Unveiled With Longevity-Focused Amenities

Calling a wellness concierge for an in-residence Ayurvedic treatment, then settling in for a Michelin-star-caliber meal without leaving home isn’t the norm for most, but a host of forthcoming high-rises across Miami, from Brickell’s Cipriani Residences to the Design District’s Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, are making both experiences available to their residents.

Joining that mix is Nobu Hospitality’s first condo project in the city, 619 Brickell. The proposed 75-story tower—developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International—is designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects. Targeted for occupany in 2031, the project will include roughly 300 residences and 90,000 square feet of shared spaces. Offering a whole lot more than just a state-of-the-art gym and a pool, about $25 million is earmarked for innovative wellness-focused programming, with an emphasis on longevity and biohacking.

Renderings show residences will feature open blueprints, smooth wood finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay. The one- to four-bedroom floor plans include four sky villas, 10 sky flats, and four penthouses. Pricing will start at $3 million and go up to $60 million.

The Nobu Wellness & Longevity spa will provide access to cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, ozone therapy, an IV peptide therapy lounge, and physical therapy suites. Residents can also expect an 86-foot sunset pool, along with hot and cold plunge pools, a saltwater rejuvenation pool, and a lap pool set within an indoor-outdoor spa garden. Additional features include padel courts, game rooms, and sports simulators.

“The $25 million investment reflects a significant shift in what buyers are prioritizing: vitality, longevity, and convenience,” Liliana Paez, CEO of Key International Sales, shared with Robb Report. “What would typically require appointments, travel, and scheduling is integrated into daily life in the building.”

Naturally, Nobu Hospitality will oversee a variety of dining experiences, including a full-scale Nobu restaurant with a private dining area for residents, as well as a residents-only poolside Nobu café and bar with views of the bay, plus in-residence dining and private chef services.
