After more than a year on the market with no takers, Lizzo has finally offloaded her modern residence tucked away in a celeb-packed enclave in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

Initially offered for just under $16 million in late 2024, the home was relisted several times before disappearing from the listings and resurfacing at a discounted $12.5 million in January of this year. The place has now been sold to an unnamed buyer for $11.15 million, which is a staggering $3.85 million less than the Grammy-winning singer, rapper, and flutist paid in 2022. James Harris of Carolwood Estates held the listing, with Patrick Martin of Sotheby’s International Realty repping the buyer.

Harry Styles owned the property from 2014 to 2016, but his house was subsequently demolished and rebuilt by Simo Design and Fischer Construction before it was sold to Warner Brothers CEO and co-chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck in 2019 for $11 million. The Detroit-born musician acquired the sleek wood and stone structure from Bay-Schuck for $15 million.

The treehouse-inspired oasis sits beyond walls and gates in an exclusive enclave where nearby neighbors include Lisa Vanderpump, Jessica Alba, and Demi Moore. Three bedrooms and five bathrooms are filtered across roughly 5,400 square feet of L-shaped living space across two levels, while large swaths of glass overlook sweeping canyon and hillside views from a downward-sloping lot spanning a third of an acre.

Among the notable perks is an oak tree-laced backyard holding a 58-foot zero-edge pool with an inset spa, plus a fire pit conversation area and several Ipe wood decks for entertaining. There’s also a movie theater, as well as a recording studio/office and a gym and wellness area.

In addition to a central open-air atrium, other highlights include a living room sporting a massive dual-sided fireplace and an eat-in kitchen decked out with oil-finished black walnut cabinetry, Cielo quartzite countertops, Wolf appliances, and access to a covered outdoor lounge area. An upstairs primary suite of nearly 1,000 square feet, meanwhile, flaunts a floating soapstone fireplace and a concrete soaking tub hovering over the grounds.

Lizzo has since moved on to other residential circumstances, having picked up a revamped midcentury spread in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of L.A. from actor Jeremy Renner in November 2024 for $12.4 million.
