Shortly before purchasing celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s contemporary Hollywood Hills home for $8.4 million at the start of the year, three-time Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn put her glamorously dressed traditional digs in the mountains above Beverly Hills on the market for nearly $4.5 million. Six months later with no luck, she’s trying again—this time with a moderately reduced asking price.

The veteran alpine skier—who has been recovering from injuries sustained during a devastating crash that occurred while mounting a comeback at the 2026 Winter Games—is now seeking just under $4.3 million for the Craftsman bungalow, which she acquired for $3.4 million in 2021 after her split with former NHL player P.K. Subban. Bob Hurwitz of the Hurwitz James Company holds the listing.

Built in the late 1940s and renovated before Vonn’s tenure, the two-level structure clad in wood shingles washed in white paint is tucked away behind high hedges and secured gates on a quarter of an acre and offers three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Roughly 3,400 square feet showcases European oak floors, white marble accented with light gray veining, Circa lighting, Ralph Lauren window treatments, and French doors throughout, plus integrated smart home and security systems.

A small porch leads into the entry foyer, which flows to a bright and airy living room sporting a large fireplace flanked by built-in shelving. The open floor plan meanders its way around to a cozy family room and a formal dining room, along with a spacious vaulted kitchen featuring Shaker-style cabinetry with gold pulls, an eat-in island, an apron-front sink, and an accompanying breakfast nook.

Vonn, who sold a Miami Beach mansion for $11 million in late 2025, has another Miami Beach house currently up for sale at $3.69 million. Her primary residence remains a 15,000-square-foot ski chalet in Park City, Utah, where she became a part owner of the Royals National Women’s Soccer League team in 2024.
