Shortly after Joe Jonas sold his longtime apartment in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan two years ago for about $5.3 million, the pop star added another New York City property to his portfolio—a condo in Brooklyn’s historic Dumbo area.

The singer, songwriter, and actor, who is currently touring with his brothers Nick and Kevin, acquired the residence in May 2024 for $6.5 million. Now, he’s putting the place up for sale at $6.75 million, just $250,000 more than he paid. Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass holds the listing.

Per recent reports, the “Cake by the Ocean” singer commutes between the U.S. and the U.K. to maximize time with his two daughters, sharing custody with his ex-wife, British actress Sophie Turner, following their 2023 split.
