A sprawling aerie planned atop one of Dallas’s most anticipated new high-rises promises far more than sweeping skyline views. Conceived by Bonneti/Kozerski Architecture and marking The Edition’s first outpost in Texas, the residence pairs contemporary minimalism with hotel-caliber amenities inside a sleek tower rising in Uptown’s fast-evolving Chalk Hill district.
Perched on the 29th floor of The Dallas Edition and privately listed at $21 million, the 6,866-square-foot penthouse is one of 60 branded residences in the tower, which is expected to be completed in 2028. The Boka Powell-designed property will also introduce a 214-key hotel as part of the broader $650 million mixed-use project. One-bedroom residences in the project are expected to start at $1.5 million.

“Each of the 60 residences will open onto a private terrace, extending living spaces into the landscape and reinforcing a dialogue between architecture and environment,” says Kaizen Development Partners in a statement. To that point, renderings of the penthouse reveal blurred lines between its open, airy interiors and a wraparound terrace that adds a total of 3,300 square feet of outdoor space to the residence.

Wide-plank European oak wood flooring is featured throughout the penthouse.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors trail the main living area, where 15-foot ceilings and an oversized built-in for books and media equipment frame views of the city’s skyscrapers. Elsewhere, soft integrated lighting washes over the wood-paneled walls of the primary bedroom, while travertine floors elevate the en suite bath. Outside, the terrace’s swimming pool looks directly onto D-Town landmarks like Fountain Place and Renaissance Tower.
