Before turning a tidy profit, this Manhattan loft belonged to Jonah Hill, who broke out nearly two decades ago with roles in Knocked Up, Superbad, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. He went on to become one of Hollywood’s go-to comedy stars before earning two Academy Award nominations for Moneyball and The Wolf of Wall Street. Though he’s kept a lower profile in recent years, his former downtown apartment is back on the market, pairing industrial character with a touch of Hollywood pedigree.
The residence is located in The Schumacher, a landmarked 1885 building that once housed a lithographic printing company. Hill, now 42, bought the NoHo condo in 2015 for just under $9.16 million and sold it in 2022 for $10.56 million after just five weeks on the market, according to property records. The current owner is a Delaware-based entity.

The wood-floored great room spans 750 square feet.

The roughly 3,280-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four and a half baths, with proportions that feel true to its loft roots. Barrel-vaulted brick ceilings stretch to 12 feet overhead, while oversized arched windows pull in steady light throughout the day. Elsewhere, you’ll find white oak floorboards and blackened steel accents.
The main living space unfolds as a 22-by-34-foot great room, with built-in shelving lining the walls and a layout that shifts easily between lounging and dining. The kitchen is just off to the side, finished with Calacatta marble countertops, a waterfall island, and a full suite of high-end appliances.

In the primary suite, the mood softens slightly. The bedroom faces a courtyard garden by landscape architect Ken Smith and includes a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom with heated floors, a soaking tub, and a steam shower. Three additional bedrooms, all with en suite baths, have the same easy, open feel.

There is also a clear nod to art collectors, with expansive walls and a gallery-style entry sequence. The apartment is also wired throughout with Lutron lighting, in-wall speakers, and automated shades.
The loft is now asking $12.35 million. It’s listed with Noble Black and Jesse Feldman of The Corcoran Group. Residents of The Schumacher have access to a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a fitness center, a library overlooking a sculpture garden, and a landscaped rooftop.
