Before turning a tidy profit, this Manhattan loft belonged to Jonah Hill, who broke out nearly two decades ago with roles in Knocked Up, Superbad, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. He went on to become one of Hollywood’s go-to comedy stars before earning two Academy Award nominations for Moneyball and The Wolf of Wall Street. Though he’s kept a lower profile in recent years, his former downtown apartment is back on the market, pairing industrial character with a touch of Hollywood pedigree.

The residence is located in The Schumacher, a landmarked 1885 building that once housed a lithographic printing company. Hill, now 42, bought the NoHo condo in 2015 for just under $9.16 million and sold it in 2022 for $10.56 million after just five weeks on the market, according to property records. The current owner is a Delaware-based entity.
