The waterside residential towers at the Surf Club, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier, showcase lots of glass, pale stone, and warm wood. That understated luxury is on full display in one current listing. The north tower corner residence spans just over 4,300 square feet with four ocean-facing bedrooms, four full baths, and a powder room, along with a private elevator foyer that opens directly into the unit.
