A $12.3 Million “Collectible” Home Heads to Auction in Madrid

Passionate flamenco, a fervent soccer culture, and a 24,000-seat bullring are woven into Madrid’s rich cultural tapestry. This month, a thoughtfully curated residence that mirrors the capital’s exuberant spirit will head to auction—marking Concierge Auctions’s first sale in La Villa y Corte.

Dubbed Myttas Uno and described as a “collectible work of art,” the residence sits in the historic Chamberí district. It is the brainchild of Lhotse Group co-founder Adrián Toquero, with artistic direction by Casa Josephine. Inside, more than 240 antiques and artworks included in the sale—neoclassical busts, paintings, vintage furnishings, and ritual objects—animate its roughly 2,500 square feet.

The two-bedroom residence is being offered in cooperation with Javier Gallego of Casa Tessela Corp. LT. and is listed for €10.5 million, or $12.3 million. Potential buyers can place bids on the residence between May 14 and May 27 via Concierge Auctions’ online marketplace. Starting bids are expected to range from €4 million to €5 million ($4.67 million to $5.84 million, respectively). As a bonus, the package includes a one-year membership to Club Myttas, a bespoke lifestyle program that is valued at €300,000 ($350,779).

“In a market like Madrid, where prime inventory is well understood, Myttas Uno stands apart as something fundamentally different; there is no direct comparison for the level of design, craftsmanship, and cultural positioning embedded here,” says Gallego in a statement. That distinction reflects Toquero’s broader ethos, which centers on anticipating what’s next and creating spaces with a strong sense of soul.

Light bounces off polished brass surfaces throughout the home, highlighting a mix of materials such as hand-applied stucco, onyx panels, detailed mosaics, and carefully selected slabs of travertine. Some of these elements appear in the main salon, where a reflective wall creates a sense of added depth, while the kitchen, outfitted with integrated Gaggenau appliances, features streamlined brass cabinetry.

Stone flooring continues through the residence, connecting a study, a meditation room, and the two en suite bedrooms. The primary suite has a dressing room leading into the bedroom; the second bedroom is finished with wild silk wall coverings; and both of the bathrooms have backlit onyx ceiling panels that diffuse light.

Membership to Club Myttas includes an on-call assistant for booking private chauffeurs, butlers, and chefs. The club also takes exclusive annual trips, offers VIP access to renowned cultural events like ARCO, and provides premium tickets to major soccer games.

“This is no ordinary home—it represents a new real estate category altogether, where design, authorship, and collectability converge,” says Chad Roffers, CEO and co-founder of Concierge Auctions. “Myttas Uno speaks to a growing segment of global buyers who are seeking assets that carry both cultural significance and intrinsic uniqueness.” Myttas Uno is taking bids from May 14.
