One of Utah’s top resorts, the Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, is now giving its pampered guests the option to put down some permanent roots with the launch of its all-new residential community, the Residences at Blue Sky.
The Wanship resort’s spectacular setting, 4,000 acres of stunning ranch land near Park City, along with its discreet luxuries and five-star services, has been the draw since its opening in June 2019, with amenities ranging from a full-service spa to a heli-ski program that brings adventure seekers to a trio of exclusive ski zones in the Uinta and Wasatch Mountain ranges. Now, nature lovers seeking a year-round refuge have three options for home ownership ranging from $3.5 million to $15 million.

Farmhouses, Farm Estate Lots, and Crescent Lodge Villas make up the triad of offerings within the private enclave that prioritizes biophilic design principles. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties is exclusively handling sales.
“Our vision is to create a residential community that celebrates nature, nurtures wellbeing, and offers a deep sense of privacy and serenity,” explains Mike Phillips, owner of the Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, in press materials. “These new residences reflect the soul of Blue Sky, where space, wilderness and meaningful experiences define how people live.”

The 13 Farmhouse homes, designed by AJC Architects, fuse classic architectural barn codes with modern flair. Four distinct home models—each set on a one-acre lot and offered fully furnished by Rose Ink Workshop—are available with four- to five-bedroom blueprints. Those who seek more room to roam might prefer the 18 Farm Estate lots that give owners three to eight acres of idyllic land to build bespoke retreats and compounds.
Finally, the community’s forthcoming Crescent Lodge will house 16 villas with two- to three-bedroom layouts. Homeowners in all tiers are ensured membership to Crescent Club, a new program with VIP access to events and experiences, plus access to the resort’s standout slate of amenities like an equine program, farm-to-table dining at the on-site restaurant Yuta, two outdoor pools, and a private slopeside ski lounge at Park City Mountain Resort. A second spa, a new yoga studio, a pool, and a restaurant will also be accessible at Crescent Lodge.

If that’s not entertaining enough for you, Grammy-nominated artist Noah Cyrus is slated to perform in Auberge’s growing concert series at the Lodge next month. The charitable series, formerly starring LeAnne Rimes and Luke Grimes, ensures 15-percent of ticket proceeds go to the Saving Grace Equine Healing Foundation that rescues and rehabilitates horses. It’s a unique perk that residents—philanthropist or not—can look forward to on occasion.
Farmhouses start at $7,000,000 with Farm Estate Lots ranging from $3,500,000 to $15,000,000. Each of the homes will be managed by Auberge Collection. Visit homesatbluesky.com for more information.
