For more than four decades, Grech RV has been handcrafting motorhomes that set the benchmark for luxury road travel. Built on the proven Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the brand’s Class B RVs pair innovation with fine workmanship, inviting travelers to venture off-grid without sacrificing comfort or sophistication.
Brian and Michelle Cortesio—creators of the YouTube channel LivinRVision—set out on their adventure in 2018, fulfilling Brian’s childhood dream of exploring the country by motorhome. Since then, they’ve driven eight different RVs more than 120,000 miles across 48 states, capturing their travels in nearly 400 videos.

After first testing the limits of the road in a 40-foot Class A motorcoach and then a 33-foot Airstream Classic, the Cortesios have spent the last three-plus years in the flagship 24-foot Grech STRADA-ion Class B. Built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD 170-inch Extended chassis and powered by a muscular 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel, the STRADA-ion is compact, elegant, and highly capable—the couple’s ideal balance of comfort and mobility.
“This is our sixth Grech STRADA-ion—we got our first in 2022—and without a doubt, it’s the one that best fits our travel lifestyle,” Brian explains. “The STRADA-ion is just the right size and really is a joy to drive. It has excellent performance, even climbing steep mountain passes. It’s super quiet and refined, brakes well, and benefits from all the driver-assist technology that comes with the Sprinter platform.”

Michelle agrees. “Of course it’s always great to have a bigger bathroom, extra closets, and more living space. But the trade-off is fewer stresses with the STRADA-ion; of finding a parking space in town with the larger RVs, of squeezing into a tight campground spot, and driving in busy highway traffic.”
Living full-time in a vehicle under 24 feet long and 80 inches wide requires precise design. The galley kitchen includes an induction cooktop, combination microwave/convection/air fryer, refrigerator/freezer, and stainless-steel sink. The bathroom features a real ceramic toilet, a molded sink, and a private wet bath. The adaptable living area offers captain’s chairs, a memory-foam power sofa bed, and a mounted dining table. Every inch serves a purpose.
“The 24-foot STRADA-ion gives us extra rear storage that makes all the difference,” Brian says. “We love the soft Ultraleather upholstery, the soft-touch walls, the real hardwood soft-close cabinets with so many soft-close drawers and places for storage. Grech has been in the luxury coach building business for over 42 years and it shows.”
Their latest Iridium Silver STRADA-ion is also equipped with all-wheel drive, providing added traction in muddy campgrounds or snowy mountain passes. A self-leveling air suspension system keeps the ride smooth and balanced across varying terrain.

At the heart of the STRADA-ion is the new Grech Power System, which integrates the latest Lithionics 51V lithium-ion battery. With 16,896 usable watt-hours of energy—enough to run the air-conditioning for up to 14 hours on battery power alone—the system supports everything from the convection oven to the vehicle’s computer systems, Fusion audio, and 24-inch LED TV. The high-output Arco Zeus alternator cuts recharge time in half compared to earlier models and can charge the battery bank even while the Sprinter engine idles. A 300-watt rooftop solar array keeps power topped off.
“It’s a total game changer,” says Brian. “It gives us the confidence to go off-grid for days and not worry about the batteries running down. We both work most days in the van, Michelle now part-time at her corporate job and running our travel agency, and I’m the full-time editor for the channel. Amazingly, we can go 9-to-5 in 15,000 BTU air-conditioned comfort, even in the heat of summer. It’s without a doubt the most advanced energy storage system available in the camper-van world.”
Beyond the engineering, the couple consistently praises Grech’s craftsmanship and customer support. “They really do build the best Class B motorhomes. We visit a lot of RV shows on our travels and look very closely at the competition and talk to other owners. It’s all in the details where Grech RV stands out. Add to that the service support the company gives. We just can’t fault them.”

As for what’s next, they plan to winter in Florida, starting in the Keys, before heading north in the spring. “People are always asking what are our favorite places to visit. I’ll usually tell them it’s any national park: Yellowstone, Yosemite, Glacier, and Zion. Each one has to be on every RVer’s bucket list,” Michelle says.
Their standout trip this past summer took them through Alberta and Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, where they discovered a “new favorite” stretch of road: the 144-mile Icefields Parkway between Jasper and Lake Louise. “We still absolutely love this lifestyle,” Brian adds. “The ability to travel to so many amazing places and take our home with us is a blessing. Our Grech STRADA-ion certainly makes it easier to achieve.”
Meet Brian and Michelle, and explore the latest Grech RV models at the 2026 Florida RV SuperShow, held at Tampa’s Florida State Fairgrounds, January 14–18, 2026.
