Dubai‘s Palm Jumeirah, a series of man-made islands that form the shape of a palm tree, has long been shorthand for the glittering city’s most ambitious real estate. The island recently logged its most expensive villa resale at AED 161 million, or about $43.8 million, along with one of the highest price-per-square-foot figures of 2025, according to the brokerage behind the deal.

Against that backdrop, an asking price of roughly $65.4 million places this home squarely in the upper tier of the market. According to Knight Frank, Dubai now leads the world in $10 million-plus home sales, with activity in that bracket matching London and New York combined—a reminder of just how strong demand remains for private beachfront living on the Palm.
