Breitling Is One of Four Maisons Joining Watches and Wonders in 2027

Watches and Wonders just keeps getting bigger.

The world’s largest watch fair, which runs like clockwork in Geneva every April, will return next year with an even more impressive lineup that includes three new luxury watchmakers.

The 2026 edition was one for the books, with a record 66 houses showcasing their latest novelties to around 60,000 visitors in Geneva and nearly 1 billion online. Collectors, journalists, and celebrities from across the globe came together for major launches and world premieres. Standouts ranged from the Patek Philippe 50th Anniversary Nautilus to the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28 to the Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Chronograph Mystérieux. The 2027 edition is shaping up to be even better, with century-old Swiss maisons Breitling, Gallet, and Universal Genève joining as exhibitors. The Italian watch and jewelry maker Damiani, founded in 1924, will also be at the show for the very first time. The full lineup has not yet been shared, but you can expect the watchmaking holy trinity—Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Vacheron Constantin—plus other major players including Cartier, Rolex, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and TAG Heuer.

The arrival of these new names highlights the constant evolution of Watches and Wonders. The event, which officially began in 2020 as a rebranded, expanded version of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, was created to unite the industry. The addition of more watchmakers is likely helping achieve that goal. Still, some maisons, such as Omega, Richard Mille, Greubel Forsey, and Urwerk, choose not to attend, holding private events and showcases instead.

Running from Monday, April 5 to Sunday, April 11, the salon will once again take place at the Palexpo convention center. It will follow the same familiar two-part format, starting off with four professional days for press, retailers, and special guests, followed by three public days for those with purchased tickets.

The aptly named “In the City” program is also set to return downtown Geneva, running alongside the primary watch fair. The week-long extravaganza is open to seasoned collectors, newbies, and everyone in between, offering up exhibitions, interactive workshops, and other events across the city center.

Further announcements and additional information regarding Watches and Wonders 2027 will follow in due course.
