It took a couple of years of house-hunting and at least five scrapped escrows before newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck finally found true real estate love in June 2023, doling out $61 million in cash for a lavish estate high in the 90210 area of Beverly Hills.
The pair officially split only a year later, after just two years of marriage, and put their 38,000-square-foot marital home up for sale at $68 million. Amid a rumored divorce, they went their separate ways—Affleck to $20.5 million Los Angeles digs in the Sullivan Canyon community on the border of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, with Lopez ultimately landing at a $17.5 million Hamptons-style estate formerly owned by John Fogerty in the suburban L.A. enclave of Hidden Hills.

Their Beverly Hills abode has been on and off the market ever since. Even after cutting $8 million from the asking price, the property failed to sell, and by July 2025, the by-then-divorced couple had pulled it from the market. It resurfaced for sale later in the year with a greatly reduced $52 million price tag, only to be delisted in January when reports surfaced that Lopez was still residing in the home while her Hidden Hills property was being renovated.
The hilltop estate has now returned to the market for a dash under $50 million, only weeks after Affleck gifted his share of the property to Lopez in an amended property settlement, with Lopez standing to pocket $20 million if it sells at that price. Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates share the listing.

Perched atop a flat 5.2-acre promontory, in the exclusive gated Beverly Crest neighborhood overlooking Benedict Canyon, the Georgian-style megamansion was completed in 2000. Renovated in 2017 by developer Gala Asher and extensively updated by the couple during their short stay, the entire spread offers a total of 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms across a main home, a 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, a caretaker residence, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. There’s also a 12-car garage and an expansive motor court with parking for up to 80 more vehicles.

In addition to an indoor sports complex containing a gym, a boxing ring, pickleball and basketball courts, and a bar-equipped lounge, the manicured grounds are showcased by a massive boomerang-shaped infinity pool flanked by a fire pit conversation area.
Lopez still owns a sprawling estate in the Hamptons she paid $10 million for more than a decade ago. As for Affleck, he lays claim to his Brentwood pad and a secluded riverfront country estate in Georgia that he picked up in 2003, back when he and Lopez coupled up the first time around and where the erstwhile couple held their lavish wedding celebration in 2022..
