Real Housewives star Alexia Nepola and her ex-husband Todd may have finalized their divorce a year ago, but that doesn’t mean the two have completely cut ties.

In fact, just this week, the two snapped up a villa at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach for a hair under $5.3 million. Todd represented Alexia in the sale, while Devin Kay at Douglas Elliman’s Exclusive Group represented the seller. The Real Housewives of Miami is currently on a pause, but perhaps Nepola’s new pad will make an appearance if and when the show returns.

The contemporary villa, which measures in at just over 4,000 square feet, was designed by the Pritzker Prize–winning architect Piero Lissoni. It follows a sleek, black-and-white color scheme, paired with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame lush, tropical landscaping. On the main floor, those pops of greenery brighten up the great room, which includes an open-concept Boffi-designed kitchen. Nepola (or a private chef) can make use of the Gaggenau appliances, serving up meals at the adjoining dining area.

Each of the three bedrooms opens up to spacious balconies, while the ample primary includes its own sitting area and an en suite bath with a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms are currently set up as a children’s room and an office, but given that Nepola has two adult sons, it’s a safe bet that she’ll get to work renovating at least one of those into a different sort of space, perhaps a dressing room.

Situated on the largest villa lot in the development, the home offers plenty of outdoor space. A side patio has enough room for a grill, a dining area, and an outdoor lounge. Just below lies a lap pool, followed by a manicured lawn with a stone path leading through the palm trees and other foliage. And as part of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, the abode comes with access to a private marina and other luxe shared amenities.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach has been around for a little while but the brand is set to debut a new condo tower in town next year, crowned by a $125 million penthouse. Maybe we’ll see another housewife buy into that property when it hits the market.

Nepola isn’t the only RHOM star to recently shell out for property in South Florida. Her former co-star Nicole Martin splashed out $34 million on a Coral Gables mansion last fall.
