For many years, Pink (born Alecia Beth Moore) has made her home in California’s Santa Ynez Valley near Santa Barbara. The Grammy-winning singer and songwriter bought a 25-acre vineyard there over a decade ago and began producing estate wine under the Two Wolves label. She’s more recently relocated to New York, purchasing a 181-year-old Greek Revival townhouse in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan that has long served as an artist haven.
The “Just Give Me a Reason” songstress doled out $21.5 million for her new digs, which were initially put on the market in 2024 at $25 million for the first time in nearly seven decades. Nick Gavin and Mary Ellen Cashman of Compass held the listing.

Built in 1849, the soaring spread has previously housed Daniel Chester French, a sculptor best known for designing the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the memorial in Washington, D.C., and Valerie Bettis, a modern dancer and choreographer who worked with stars like Rita Hayworth. Owned by the Fonseca family since 1957, Uruguayan sculptor Gonzalo Fonseca and Elizabeth Kaplan Fonseca, a painter, raised their four children there, including Isabel Fonseca, the author of Bury Me Standing: The Gypsies and Their Journey.
Updated and modernized through the years, the yellow-painted brick and limestone structure measures 21 feet wide and has five bedrooms and half a dozen bathrooms in roughly 7,800 square feet across six levels, all accessible by an elevator. Standing out is a voluminous, garden-floor studio sporting three massive skylights, a floating staircase leading up to a loft, and French doors opening to a private patio.

A wet bar-equipped space on the top floor is outfitted as a yoga studio.

A fourth-floor primary suite features a sitting room, a dressing area, and a tiled bath with an alcove soaking tub, while the top floor hosts a wet bar and a hedge-lined terrace offering city views.

Pink, who is married to former motocross racer Carey Hart, revealed on a March episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show that she moved from California to New York so her 14-year-old daughter, Willow, could study theater and experience Broadway. The platinum-selling musician has also been busy since landing on the East Coast, having recently been tapped to host the 79th Annual Tony Awards, which will air live June 7 from Radio City Music Hall.

“It is the honor of an entire lifetime to host a night celebrating the literal hardest working people in showbiz,” P!nk told Billboard. “Broadway has shaped my life and how I put my own shows together—it is a community that is supportive and inclusive and full of talent and love. These people give magic every single day, and I cannot wait to celebrate them with the entire world.”
