Heather and Terry Dubrow’s Former SoCal Mansion Lists for $62 Million

When Heather and Terry Dubrow’s sprawling Newport Beach mansion debuted on Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange County back in 2021, the ocean-view villa generated plenty of buzz for its poshly decked-out interiors. Viewers particularly swooned over a custom-etched glass mural depicting the family tree, a glass-encased and lighted Champagne wall in the formal dining room, and the foyer’s 22-foot chandelier made of semiprecious stone.

The TV reality stars acquired a vacant lot in the guard-gated Crystal Cove enclave in 2013 for $4.2 million, and spent the next several years and roughly $21 million custom-building the four-story, 20,100-square-foot property before selling it and relocating to a swank Los Angeles penthouse. The estate is currently owned by medical device tycoon Xu Hang, who picked it up as part of an off-market deal in 2022 for $55 million—by far the O.C.’s priciest residential real estate transaction that year.

Now the viral digs known as the Dubrow Chateau—Heather once joked that it had “become sort of a character” on the show—have resurfaced on the market for a whopping $62 million. Ginger Glass of Compass holds the listing.

Completed in 2018, the Tuscan-style villa sits off a cul-de-sac atop a promontory parcel spanning three-quarters of an acre. Seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms are spread across roughly 20,100 square feet, which looks much the same as it did when the couple lived there. Glitzy features include numerous game rooms, plus a mirrored gym and a 21-seat movie theater with Dolby surround sound.

Among the other highlights is a spacious coffer-ceilinged family room, which has a fireplace and French doors opening out to an expansive covered loggia framing views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island beyond. The kitchen is outfitted with top-tier appliances, dual islands, and a casual dining area, while a sumptuous primary retreat comes with dual baths, a beauty salon, and an ultra-luxe closet.

Naturally, there’s a showroom-style closet that Heather Dubrow referred to as her “girl cave.”

Outdoors, the backyard holds an infinity pool and spa, along with a barbecue pavilion, and out front, a subterranean garage with lifts can accommodate up to 20 cars. Lastly, a hefty $1,515 in monthly HOA fees provides residents with amenities ranging from 24-hour security to private parks, walking paths, and a clubhouse with tennis and pickleball courts.

The RHOC cast member and her plastic surgeon husband, known for Botched, have since moved to a ritzy Roberto Cavalli–designed penthouse occupying half of the 38th floor at The Century, a 42-story residential tower by Robert A.M. Stern Architects on Avenue of the Stars that has long attracted celebrities from Rihanna to Matthew Perry and Candy Spelling. They expanded their holdings in the building last month, buying another penthouse directly downstairs for $13.8 million.

As for Huang, who is worth $6.7 billion per Forbes, he’s no stranger to house-flipping. In 2023, he purchased Mark Wahlberg’s Richard Landry-designed manor in L.A. for $55 million and transferred it around two years later to Paris Hilton for $63 million. Soon after, he doled out $40 million for billionaire Stephen Ross’s New York penthouse and recently sold it for just over $50 million.
