It’s been over a decade since Luis Miguel sold his Brickell condo high atop downtown Miami. Now the Puerto Rico-born crooner’s former digs have resurfaced on the market, asking a dash under $5.4 million.
Miguel, one of the top-selling Latin artists of all time, who garnered his first of six Grammy awards for the duet Me Gustas Tal Como Eres with Sheena Easton in 1985 at just 14 years old, paid around $2 million for the unit in 2004. He sold the fully furnished place to a Dutch foreign national buyer in an all-cash deal eight years later for the exact same price, with it trading hands again in 2016 for around $4 million.

On the 46th floor of the Jade Residences at Brickell Bay, a 48-story waterfront luxury condo tower designed by Revuelta Vega Leon Architects and completed in 2004 by Fortune International Realty, the unit has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a powder room in roughly 3,800 square feet. Mayan-inspired interiors boast light hardwood floors and high ceilings, plus vast walls of glass and three balconies providing sweeping views of the Miami skyline, Atlantic Ocean, and Biscayne Bay.
A private elevator opens directly into the space, which is highlighted by an open-concept great room anchored by a seated bar and a large inverted pyramid light fixture. An adjacent dining area connects to a kitchen sporting sleek taupe-hued cabinetry, dark granite countertops, a wine fridge, a breakfast bar, and stainless appliances, while custom sliding glass doors open to a spacious primary suite flaunting a separate lounge area, a walk-in closet, and a marble bath with a built-in soaking tub.
