Boat lovers, car collectors, movie buffs—just about everyone can find something to suit their interests at this new build on Miami’s Venetian Islands.
The recently completed waterfront estate was built by Maven Construction and is currently owned by that company’s president. Offered fully furnished, the home was a collaboration between Maven, Varabyeu Partners, Javier Robles Studio, and Artefacto. Spanning more than 10,000 square feet of living space, the abode has a massive footprint that matches its $59.9 million price tag.

As mentioned, the amenities are so expansive, they don’t leave much to be desired. The back of the home stretches along 105 feet of water frontage, where there’s a deep-water dock for large yachts and a 50,000-pound boat lift. A 70-foot knife-edge pool and spa anchor the rear of the property, where there’s also a summer kitchen and a covered lounge area. Inside, there’s a chic private theater with oversized couches for curling up during movies. And the 8,000-square-foot understory has the capacity to house up to 10 vehicles.
While add-ons are well and good, you also want a house that’s actually livable, and the Miami manse makes sure that’s the case throughout. The living spaces sport 12-foot ceilings and walls of glass that look out on the water in the distance. There’s a formal dining room with space for 16, and even the extended island in the luxe Boffi kitchen can seat eight. That display kitchen features a striking marble backsplash, and it’s paired with a tucked-away staff kitchen for heavy-duty cooking.

The comfy theater is just one of many amenities.

Along with the formal spaces, there’s a more casual family room for low-key hangs and an office from which you can take remote meetings. The sizable primary bedroom is accompanied by a chic slate bathroom, where you’ll find a dual-head shower and a soaking tub. There are seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms in total, including a secondary junior suite that spills open to the water side of the home. Completing the package is a rooftop terrace with views that span from the bay all the way to downtown Miami.
The Venetian Islands, which sit between Miami and Miami Beach, are a regular haunt for high-end homeowners. Early last year, a spread with a 5,600-gallon aquarium hit the market there for an impressive $65 million. And in late 2024, another new build inspired by Paris’s Left Bank was listed for $33 million. This particular pad is listed with Matt Crane at Compass.
