HunterMoss Is Offering New Supercar Tours in the Alps in 2026 and 2027

It might be time to ditch the skis and explore the Alps from behind the wheel.

HunterMoss, the luxury travel company founded by Australians Julie Hunter and Anthony Moss in 2008, has rolled out a new series of supercar tours throughout the legendary European mountain range. Taking place this year and next, the four driving adventures are the antithesis of fast-paced itineraries, allowing travelers to explore the rugged region at their own speed, quite literally.

The journeys are designed around lesser-known alpine roads and historic trade routes, which, of course, offer incredible views of the mountainous landscape. Each trip includes stays at handpicked boutique hotels, dining at high-end restaurants, and other memorable experiences.

You’ll also have plenty of time to put the pedal to the metal. Each convoy will be small, too, resulting in a more personalized and intimate experience. As for the cars, the HunterMoss fleet includes the latest Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Porsches. It also has a range of high-performance SUVs specifically for winter tours.

Kicking off in July, the Swiss Supercar Tour begins in Zurich, winds through the Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve to the shores of Lakes Thun and Brienz, before moving to the high Alps near Andermatt and finishing on the shores of Lake Lucerne. You’ll have the chance to drive the famous Furka, Gotthard, Lukmanier, and Susten passes, enjoy Michelin-star cuisine, relax on a scenic lake cruise, and catch Zs at a five-star hotel.

Next up, the Alpine Royale adventure will take place in September. It is one of the most geographically diverse Alpine itineraries available, according to HunterMoss. The four-day trip follows a grand arc from Bavaria, Germany, through the Tyrolean Alps, Val Müstair Biosphere, and Swiss National Park to Lake Garda, Italy. It also includes historic crossings such as Livigno, Bernina, and Aprica.

The German Supercar Tour is also scheduled for September, with the three-day itinerary covering Germany and Austria. The route begins near Salzburg and Lake Fuschl, then moves through the Tyrolean Alps and Bavarian countryside, before culminating in Munich with an authentic Oktoberfest celebration. You’ll have the opportunity to visit historic villages, drive renowned passes, and experience the local culture, food, and music.

Moving on to next year, the Winter Ice Driving Experience will run across six nights in January 2027.  The convoy will travel through ice and snow from Munich through Lake Fuschl, the Salzburg region, and the Bavarian Alps. You’ll tackle expansive mountain passes, long stretches of Autobahn, and quiet regional roads before unwinding with restorative stays at the finest wellness retreats. You can also put Porsches through their paces on the icy terrain, rotating through a fleet of Boxsters, Caymans, 911s, and GT3s on dedicated snow and ice circuits in the Austrian Alps. Alternatively, you can choose to ski, explore Salzburg, or hit the spa.

A dedicated team of travel concierges handles all the planning for each adventure, so you can simply turn up and enjoy the drive. Contact HunterMoss for more information.
