This New Miami Beach Development Features Robert A.M. Stern Interiors

The second residential development on Miami Beach to credit Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) for its refined interiors just invited Robb Report inside for an exclusive look.

Dubbed Ocean Terrace, the forthcoming waterfront project by Revuelta Architecture International is composed of several existing structures that make up one complex in the North Beach area. That includes a 52-unit condo tower, 24 condo-hotel units, and a 42-key hotel within a historic building. RAMSA and developer Witkoff (also their partner on the Shore Club Private Collection residences) are working toward a 2029 completion of the project, which claims 350 feet of direct ocean frontage and has reportedly already achieved over $200 million in presales thus far.

A wood-paneled lobby with a 14-foot coffered ceiling welcomes residents into the condominium tower, alongside a Portoro marble desk by RAMSA, custom sconces, and travertine flooring. A mirrored wall accents the nearby tearoom, where residents and their guests can order light bites or sip on Earl Grey. The curvilinear library, meanwhile, features floor-to-ceiling bookshelves lined in rattan, or thin stems of a palm. Both spaces have huge windows that look out onto a lush water garden.

“We wanted the lobbies, restaurants and hospitality spaces to evoke a feeling of theatrical fantasy,” says Paul Whalen, partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, in a statement. “We drew inspiration from luxurious cruise ships, ocean liners, and art deco style to blend grandeur with intimacy.”

The 52 boutique condo residences span an all-new 20-story tower, while the fully furnished resort residences will be housed in another building. The condos will range from one- to five-bedroom layouts, while floor plans for the resort residences showcase one- to four-bedroom units.  White-oak parquet de Versailles flooring stands out in the great rooms, alongside gourmet kitchens with white marble islands, bathrooms with vintage brass accents, and expansive terraces that overlook the Atlantic. Two Duplex penthouses with private roof decks, lap pools, and hydrotherapy spas crown each of the residential towers.

A luxury spa with steam and sauna rooms, a fitness center, ocean-view pools, and a trio of restaurants are key offerings that comprise the development’s over 60,000 square feet of amenities. The 75-foot lap pool, poolside bar, and sunrise lawn for yoga are ideal for catching sunrays, while the Sunrise Restaurant with lush landscaping by Enzo Enea, plus the private club with exclusive programming and personalized service, helps residents dine and unwind in style, too. Prices start at $6.3 million for the Ocean Terrace residences.
