A new longevity-dedicated enclave is headed for the Caribbean.

TheLifeCo, an international wellness brand, is making its debut in St. Lucia next month with a 100-key property that’s aiming to provide a slew of detox and other transformative programs to help you live longer—and better, Robb Report can exclusively report. The new spot will be the wellness epicenter of the new A’lia Resorts luxe development on the island, a $1.3 billion endeavor that spans across three hotels, 500 residences, and 20 restaurants in what it’s calling the world’s first “Longevity Village.”

The new spot is offering up stays spanning from four to 21 days, depending on whether you’d like a quick reset or a deeper metamorphosis. And here (more than 15 of which are exclusive to this property alone) the treatments really run the gamut: TheLifeCo uses a series of different pillars to help shape your time within its walls, revolving around fasting, cellular renewal, digestive resets, and more to boost your physical, mental and metabolic health. That means, under the Clinical Services and Integrative Medicine umbrella, you can experience stem cell treatments, EOB2 therapy (where a unit of blood is drawn, mixed with ozone and oxygen, and then infused back into the body to improve immunity and circulation), and NAD IV infusion, known for its longevity benefits. You can also try out SCANECA, a 3-D body analysis system, or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, which uses—you guessed it—pulsed magnetic fields to improve circulation, oxygenation, nutrient transports, and cellular repair processes.

Other offerings include plenty of bio-hacking tech, like Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, located in a pressurized chamber where you breathe in 100 percent oxygen to let more of it to seep directly into your blood plasma. And there’s plenty of movement involved, too, with yoga, functional training, and even an A.I.-assisted gym on the docket for personalized training. In terms of cuisine, you can expect a fully organic plant-based menu (sorry, carnivores) that aims to fully cleanse your body. Dishes can span from veggie-packed spring rolls, cauliflower sushi, mushroom fusilli, and cacao and coconut protein bars, each hand-prepared in the kitchen. Plus, TheLifeCo includes daily check-ins with their staff of doctors, making sure that you’re actually learning about the wellness tips and tricks you should be implementing each and every day; when you leave the hotel, the team will be on stand-by for continued support, too.

But if you’d like to enjoy what TheLifeCo has to offer in a more relaxed way, there’s an option for that, too. The new Longevity Holidays package lets you unwind without a commitment to one particular program, with access to spa treatments (such as massages, hammams, and facials), à la carte dining, saunas, steam rooms, and more.

A’lia Resorts has plenty up its sleeve, too, in what’s shaping up to be the largest project on St. Lucia since Baha Mar. The multi-phase project will span across two locales: a 100,000-square-foot wellness hub perched on Mount Pimard, overlooking Rodney Bay and with views of the ocean beyond, and Marquis Estate, a 600-acre former sugar plantation from which the property will source its organic produce. Two other hotels, the Palm and the Cove, will also be found on the grounds, as well as plenty of stores and a medical and commercial district.
