Hot on the heels of announcing a new suite of private residences in Nashville, Pendry is opening even farther south.
The luxury hotel brand is officially launching sales at Pendry Residences Mexico City, its first such offering in Latin America. Just 20 units are up for sale, with floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms and 860 to 2,300 square feet. Prices start at $1.4 million.

Larger floor plans have a separate kitchen, dining area, and living space.

“Mexico City has always inspired us with its vibrant energy, creative pulse, and layered culture,” said Robin Kennedy, the executive vice president and chief development officer of Montage International, Pendry’s parent company. “Pendry Mexico City and Pendry Residences Mexico City are a reflection of that inspiration—a place where modern design, heartfelt hospitality, and a true sense of belonging meet.”
The turnkey condos will be situated within Pendry Mexico City, a 114-key hotel found in the cultural hub of Roma Norte. Local architects Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos worked on the building design, while interiors come courtesy of the renowned firm AvroKO. Residences will feature stonework and natural finishes throughout, plus private terraces overlooking the city. Larger units include a separate kitchen, dining area, and living space, while the smaller apartments have more functional kitchens with the dining table set within. Ample bedrooms spill open to the outdoors, and some of the striking bathrooms include moody black vanities and soaking tubs.

Amenities include an on-site restaurant, a private owners’ lounge, a rooftop pool, and more.

One of the main benefits of buying into a branded residence is access to building amenities, and the Pendry Mexico City doesn’t skimp on those. Owners can hang out in the private residents’ lounge, which has a dedicated entry, and take advantage of personalized concierge services. They can also enjoy a rooftop pool overlooking the city, the Pendry’s signature spa, on-site restaurants and bars, a greenery-bedecked patio, and meeting rooms.
Pendry has a relatively small portfolio—at least compared to some hotel chains—but it is becoming a major player in the private-residences game. Back in October, it unveiled its upcoming property in Nashville, which will house 146 units starting at $1.3 million. Other locations that the brand has set its sights on include Tampa, Punta Mita, and Barbados.
Pendry Mexico City is scheduled to open later this year.
