McLaren won its 10th Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship last year, powered by Drivers’ Champion Lando Norris and his teammate Oscar Piastri. And like it did last year when it won its ninth Constructors’ Championship, McLaren is celebrating with a special new Artura.
McLaren will make just 10 of the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition. The cars’ papaya and black liveries have been hand-painted, and Norris and Piastri each have their signatures emblazoned on the cars, along with the locations of each win, pole position, and fastest lap in the 2025 F1 season.
The number 10 is a theme throughout the car, including the 10-spoke wheels. On each headrest, the number 10 is embroidered, and the number 10 is on the steering wheel as well. The livery, meanwhile, is similar to that of the F1 car, along with orange brake calipers and the sports exhaust.

Under the hood is the same 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 engine that powers other Arturas, along with electric motors. Combined, the two make 670 horsepower that is sent through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Each buyer of the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition will get a plaque on the center console and a keepsake separate from the car. The car is limited to just 10 examples, and the buyers will likely be McLaren super fans, the kinds of stewards for the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition that McLaren wants.
“McLaren is a brand that merges the excitement of Formula 1 racing with a curated experience that matches our clients’ distinctive lifestyles,” Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer, McLaren’s chief commercial officer, said in a statement. “We want the connection our fans feel with our brand to extend beyond the emotional and into the tangible, by making it possible for them to be a part of McLaren history.”
McLaren did not name a price for the Championship Edition Arturas, but Arturas start at around $260,000, so you can bet that the Championship is at least that much and probably a lot more. The marque will be making 10 “customer cars,” which does not stop them from making one or two or more as gifts. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Norris and Piastri get one, for example. You might even be able to buy it in a few decades.
