Mansory Just Unveiled Its New Modified Koenigsegg Jesko Hypercar

Mansory is known for committing various acts of potential abuse against expensive cars of all stripes, from the G-Wagen to the Ferrari 12Cilindri. Its latest creation is a take on the Koenigsegg Jesko and, compared to Mansory’s previous output, it’s almost tasteful.

The Koenigsegg Jesko By Mansory is actually an aero package for the Jesko, comprised of 17 carbon-fiber components that attach to the car and make it look more Mansory. The components are almost everywhere you look, including a roof scoop, hood cover, front flaps, rear flaps, front wings, a modified diffuser, “vertical add-ons,” and “two new front boomerangs.” In the back, there is a racing light in the center, like you would see on a Formula 1 car, along with what Mansory is calling “rear eyebrows.” The car is finished in a muted gold.

Inside, there are carbon-fiber bucket seats with a turquoise-colored liner, according to CarScoops. Turquoise is seen elsewhere on the doors, center console, and the steering wheel, which means that not only will pedestrians know you did something unholy with your Jesko, but your passengers will know as well.

Underneath all that is the Jesko that is already known, loved, and probably feared. It’s powered by a 5.0-liter V-8 engine that’s got two turbochargers and makes 1,600 horsepower, mated to a bespoke 9-speed Koenigsegg transmission. The car was first shown in Geneva in 2019, and production began in 2021. A version of the car—the Absolut—is the fastest gas-powered car in the quarter-mile.

Koenigsegg’s only real competitor in the hypercar game is Bugatti, which also tries to go to concerning speeds but attempts to make their cars beautiful as well, while Koenigsegg is more pure performance-focused. Mansory has had its way with a Bugatti, too, producing a $4.8 million machine that was less than beautiful.

Mansory did not disclose a price for its Jesko modifications, but you will likely need to supply the Jesko, which is said to start at around $3 million. Owners will also be risking future resale values of their Jesko, though Mansory’s builds appeal to people who seem to think more short-term.
