Ski-in/ski-out chalets in the alpine wonderland of Val d’Isère are a rare breed. One that is brand-spanking new, sitting directly on the piste and finished to the highest internatinoal standards, is rarer still. Which is why this freshly completed €25 million (about $29.1 million) chalet that sits right on the Santons run feels like a real estate unicorn.
Finished in late 2025 after four years of planning and construction, the three-story residence is substantial without being showy. Spread across more than 10,700 square feet, interior spaces lean into a clean, contemporary look—think natural stone, warm woods, and soft, modern finishes—rather than the overtly rustic style exemplified by many of the older chalets in the resort.
The layout is geared toward hosting without sacrificing comfort. There are nine bedrooms in total, including two for staff, with the main guest suites arranged over two floors. Six en-suite double bedrooms open directly onto balconies with views toward La Face de Bellevarde, and two of those rooms come with private outdoor hot tubs perched above the Santons piste—a relaxing vantage point that is tough to beat after a long ski day.

At the top of the house, a double-height living space acts as the social hub. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the room, flanked by a bar, a professional kitchen, and an intimate dining area. Floor-to-ceiling glass pulls the mountains right into the space, while wide wraparound terraces are ideal for late-afternoon après-ski gatherings.
Where the chalet really differentiates itself from older homes is on the lower levels. Two entire floors are dedicated to wellness and entertainment. There’s a large indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and massage room, plus a private cinema with recliner seating and its own bar and snack area. A climate-controlled wine cellar rounds things out.

A four-car underground garage, generous storage, and a spacious ski room with direct piste access keep things practical. And while the chalet delivers that coveted ski-in/ski-out lifestyle, the village center is still only about a 10-minute walk away.
“A remarkable chalet, perfectly positioned in Val d’Isère’s best location,” says Savills property agent Guy Murdoch. In a resort where new builds of this caliber almost never hit the open market, it’s the combination of location, scale, and piste access that makes this chalet a genuinely compelling alpine base.
