Don’t let the name of New York’s Hallmark Farm fool you—the property isn’t a too-good-to-be-true offering, à la Hallmark movies. Instead, it’s a storybook equestrian estate just 90 minutes from Manhattan, in the Catskills.

Asking $11 million, Hallmark Farm is on the market with Stacey Pinkas and Fredrik Eklund at Douglas Elliman. With its Carnegie connection, the property follows in the lineage of New York estates linked to some of America’s most prominent families. In April, a modernist Westchester home built for a Rockefeller hit the market for $12 million. And in September, a Hudson Valley farm with ties to the Sears family was listed for $6 million. Both homes are still on the market today, if you’re looking to snap up an additional property with an impressive pedigree.
