Ascaya’s New Desert Design Study House Lists for $11.6 Million

Arts & Architecture magazine had its renowned Case Study Houses, and now an exclusive community near Las Vegas has created its own innovative residential study program with a desert twist, bringing in noted architects and builders to create sleek modern showpieces that seamlessly blend into the natural Mojave landscape.

The latest offering to emerge in the guard-gated Ascaya enclave in the suburb of Henderson, just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip at 11 Chisel Crest Court, is a midcentury-inspired abode that just hit the market for $11.6 million with Kylie Lum of Redeavor Sales.
